Interrupting my Paris Reporting series with a shopping update:
We all know Veronica Beard for their great selection of clothes, but I’m also loving their accessories online right now. Interestingly, most of them are not Veronica Beard products. They have a small selection of jewelry, bags, sunglasses, and hats from other designers – check out a few below.
Plus, on a recent girls’ weekend, I was introduced to a life changing hairdryer made by Revlon: the One-Step Hair Dryer And Volumizer Hot Air Brush. This thing is amazing – every time I use it my hair looks and feels like I have just gotten a blowout. And at just $34 on Amazon, it is a lot cheaper. Add this IGK Good Behavior Spirulina Protein Smoothing Spray and you will be all set.
Also on this recent girls weekend, I was complaining about how my sweaters always look terrible after one season and was enlightened to learn that there are several products out there to prevent such wear and tear, one of them being a “fabric shaver”. Who knew?? (Well probably everyone but I didn’t.)
There are a few great options on Amazon and one higher end product from a Swedish company called the Steamery Fabric Shaver, which is a “gentle, yet effective fabric shaver that removes lint and pilling from all kinds of garments.” Details and links below.
